目的：观察马来酸氯苯那敏和香丹注射液联合应用治疗慢性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法：选取2010年6月-2013年5月本院收治的192例慢性支气管炎患者，按照随机数字表法分为治疗组97例和对照组95例，两组均给予抗感染、吸氧、祛痰、止咳等常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用马来酸氯苯那敏和香丹注射液。观察两组治疗前与治疗后的睡眠时间、呼吸频率、烦躁情况、心率、全血黏度的变化，同时观察两组住院时间的差异。结果：治疗组治疗后与对照组比较，睡眠时间延长、呼吸频率变慢、烦躁情况减轻、心率减慢、全血黏度下降，住院时间缩短，且治疗组临床效果明显优于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论：马来酸氯苯那敏和香丹注射液联合应用治疗慢性支气管炎具有改善睡眠、减轻呼吸困难、患者安静舒适、改善血液循环等疗效。

목적：관찰마래산록분나민화향단주사액연합응용치료만성지기관염적림상료효。방법：선취2010년6월-2013년5월본원수치적192례만성지기관염환자，안조수궤수자표법분위치료조97례화대조조95례，량조균급여항감염、흡양、거담、지해등상규치료，치료조재상규치료적기출상가용마래산록분나민화향단주사액。관찰량조치료전여치료후적수면시간、호흡빈솔、번조정황、심솔、전혈점도적변화，동시관찰량조주원시간적차이。결과：치료조치료후여대조조비교，수면시간연장、호흡빈솔변만、번조정황감경、심솔감만、전혈점도하강，주원시간축단，차치료조림상효과명현우우대조조，비교차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。량조균미출현엄중불량반응。결론：마래산록분나민화향단주사액연합응용치료만성지기관염구유개선수면、감경호흡곤난、환자안정서괄、개선혈액순배등료효。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of combined application of chlorphenamine maleate and xiangdan injection for treatment of patients with chronic bronchitis.Method:One hundred and ninety-two patients with chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into the treatment group for 97 cases and the control group for 95 cases,the patients of two groups were given regular treatment,for example:anti-infection,oxygen inhalation, expectorant,antitussive and so on.The treatment group was treated chlorphenamine maleate and Xiangdan injection on the basis of conventional therapy. The changes of sleeping time,respiratory frequency,agitated feeling,heart rate,whole blood viscosity of two groups patients between before and after treatment were observed,simultaneously,the difference of hospital stay between two group patients was also observed.Result:The treatment group compared with the control group after treatment had length sleeping time,slower respiratory frequency,less agitated feeling,slower heart rate,lower whole blood viscosity,short hospital stay,and clinical effect of the treatment group was better than the control group,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The two groups were no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:The combined application of Chlorphenamine Maleate and Xiangdan injection therapy has curative effect to improve sleep,reduce the difficulty in breathing,quiet and comfortable,improve blood circulation in patients with chronic bronchitis.
