目的：分析传染病流行的趋势，为及时制定、调整防控措施，减少和防止传染病的进一步蔓延，提供参考的依据。方法：利用2008-2012年法定报告传染病数据，采取描述性统计分析，掌握5年传染病流行变化趋势。结果：5年法定传染病发病总体呈下降趋势并伴有小幅增长，疾病谱的排序有所变化；15岁以下青少年仍然是呼吸道和消化道疾病的高发人群，20~50岁的中青年人群是病毒性肝炎、肺结核及性病的高发人群。结论：对高危人群采取有针对性的防控措施，可有效降低相关传染病的发病趋势。但病毒性肝炎、肺结核及性病的防控形势依然严峻。
목적：분석전염병류행적추세，위급시제정、조정방공조시，감소화방지전염병적진일보만연，제공삼고적의거。방법：이용2008-2012년법정보고전염병수거，채취묘술성통계분석，장악5년전염병류행변화추세。결과：5년법정전염병발병총체정하강추세병반유소폭증장，질병보적배서유소변화；15세이하청소년잉연시호흡도화소화도질병적고발인군，20~50세적중청년인군시병독성간염、폐결핵급성병적고발인군。결론：대고위인군채취유침대성적방공조시，가유효강저상관전염병적발병추세。단병독성간염、폐결핵급성병적방공형세의연엄준。
Objective:To analyse the trend of how the infectious diseases infected which will help to provide the basis of reference for establishing and adjusting the defence measure,to reduce and prevent the infectious diseases going further expand. Method:Used the legal reported infectious diseases statistics form 2008 to 2012,adopted the statistical method to analysis so that we can grasp the trend of infectious disease infected in past five years.Result:The paroxysm of infectious diseases approximately going as downwards trend,at the same time within the increase slightly,also the sequence of the spectrum of disease had changed. The teenagers under 15 years old was still the high risk population of air tube and alimentary canal diseases,the puber and middle age among 20 to 50 years old was the high risk population of virus hepatitis,tuberculosis and venereal disease.Conclusion:If we take the targeted defence methods to these high risk population,we can lower the incidence trends of these infectious diseases. But the situation of prevention and control in virus hepatitis,tuberculosis and venereal disease is still stern.
