目的：分析外伤性面瘫采用药物及手术方式治疗的临床效果。方法：选取2002-2012年收治的78例外伤性面瘫患者，按治疗方法分为A组48例和B组30例，分别采用药物和手术治疗，对比两组治疗后患者的面神经功能情况以及临床效果。结果：两组治疗后面神经功能改善情况比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；A组总有效率为87.5%（42/45），B组总有效率为90.0%（27/30），两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：应根据外伤性面瘫患者的情况及早采用药物或手术方式治疗，以利于临床疗效的改善。
목적：분석외상성면탄채용약물급수술방식치료적림상효과。방법：선취2002-2012년수치적78예외상성면탄환자，안치료방법분위A조48례화B조30례，분별채용약물화수술치료，대비량조치료후환자적면신경공능정황이급림상효과。결과：량조치료후면신경공능개선정황비교차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）；A조총유효솔위87.5%（42/45），B조총유효솔위90.0%（27/30），량조총유효솔비교차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）。결론：응근거외상성면탄환자적정황급조채용약물혹수술방식치료，이리우림상료효적개선。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of pharmaceutical and surgical treatment of traumatic facial paralysis.Method:78 patients with traumatic facial paralysis were selected from 2002 to 2012,according to the treatment they were divided into group A(48 cases)and group B(30 cases),used pharmaceutical and surgical treatment respectively,and then compared the facial nerve function and clinical effect of the two groups.Result:The facial nerve function improvement of the two groups had no obvious difference after treatment(P>0.05);the total effective rate of the group A was 87.5%(42/45),the total effective rate of the group B was 90.0%(27/30),there had no obvious difference of the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical should use drug or surgical treatment as early as possible according to the situation of the patients with traumatic facial paralysis,to facilitate the improvement of clinical efficacy.
