目的:探讨15-羟前列腺素脱氢酶(15-PGDH)在腺瘤和腺癌组织中的表达和意义。方法:选取肠镜检查和手术活检组织标本118例,其中正常大肠黏膜30例,大肠腺瘤43例,大肠腺癌组织45例。用Real Time PCR检测15-PGDH mRNA的表达,免疫组织化Elivision法检测组织中15-PGDH的蛋白表达。结果:15-PGDH在大肠腺癌组织中的mRNA的表达、阳性表达率及光密度值均低于大肠腺瘤及正常黏膜组(P<0.05);且大肠腺瘤组低于正常黏膜组(P<0.05)。结论:15-PGDH表达降低或缺失,可能是大肠腺癌发生过程中的重要环节。

목적:탐토15-간전렬선소탈경매(15-PGDH)재선류화선암조직중적표체화의의。방법:선취장경검사화수술활검조직표본118례,기중정상대장점막30례,대장선류43례,대장선암조직45례。용Real Time PCR검측15-PGDH mRNA적표체,면역조직화Elivision법검측조직중15-PGDH적단백표체。결과:15-PGDH재대장선암조직중적mRNA적표체、양성표체솔급광밀도치균저우대장선류급정상점막조(P<0.05);차대장선류조저우정상점막조(P<0.05)。결론:15-PGDH표체강저혹결실,가능시대장선암발생과정중적중요배절。
Objective:To explore the expression of 15-PGDH in the colorectal adenoma and adenocarcinoma.Method:Thirty samples of normal mucosal tissue,43 samples of colorectal adenoma and 45 samples of colorectal adenocarcinoma which were living tissues were obtained under endoscopic biopsy forceps or surgery of 118 cases.The mRNA levels of 15-PGDH were examined with Real Time PCR.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of 15-PGDH.Result:The 15-PGDH mRNA levels and expressions of positive rate and optical density in the colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues were lower than the adenomas and normal mucosal tissues respectively(P<0.05).The adenomas was lower than the normal mucosal tissue(P<0.05). Conclusion:The lower 15-PGDH may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and development of colorectal cancer.
