目的：探究并分析单髁置换在膝关节骨性关节炎中的临床疗效。方法：选取2012年1月至2013年1月我院收治的100例膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为临床研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各50例。其中对照组患者采取全膝关节置换（ TKA ）治疗，观察组患者采取人工单髁置换（UKA）。结果：术后两组患者HSS 疼痛评分、关节活动度均明显高于术前，具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。观察组术后HSS评分为（27．8±2．5）分，与对照组（28．0±2．4）分较相近，无明显差异（P＞0．05）；术后观察组关节活动度为（108．3±10．5），明显高于对照组，具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。观察组手术时间、术中出血量及住院费用明显低于对照组，具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。对照组术后胫股角为（176．2±1．4），矫形效果明显优于观察组，具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：人工单髁置换在膝关节骨性关节炎中的疗效较好，较全膝关节置换具有创伤小、出血少、费用低、恢复快等优点。
목적：탐구병분석단과치환재슬관절골성관절염중적림상료효。방법：선취2012년1월지2013년1월아원수치적100례슬관절골성관절염환자작위림상연구대상，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조각50례。기중대조조환자채취전슬관절치환（ TKA ）치료，관찰조환자채취인공단과치환（UKA）。결과：술후량조환자HSS 동통평분、관절활동도균명현고우술전，구유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。관찰조술후HSS평분위（27．8±2．5）분，여대조조（28．0±2．4）분교상근，무명현차이（P＞0．05）；술후관찰조관절활동도위（108．3±10．5），명현고우대조조，구유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。관찰조수술시간、술중출혈량급주원비용명현저우대조조，구유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。대조조술후경고각위（176．2±1．4），교형효과명현우우관찰조，구유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론：인공단과치환재슬관절골성관절염중적료효교호，교전슬관절치환구유창상소、출혈소、비용저、회복쾌등우점。
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of unicompartment knee arthroplasty on osteoarthritis in knee joint.Method: Choose 100 patients with osteoarthritis in knee joint who were ac-cepted by our hospital from Jan.2012 to Jan.2013 as the research subject.They were divided equally and randomly into observation group and contrast group .Patients in the contrast group adopted the therapy of TKA, while patients in the observation group adopted the therapy of UKA.Result:The HSS pain scores and joint range of motion of patients in two groups after operation were obviously higher than that before opera-tion.The result has a statistical significance (P<0.05).The HSS pain scores of patients in observation group was(27.8±2.5), which is close to the score of patients in contrast group with(28.0±2.4).There's no significant difference (P>0.05).The joint range of motion of patients in observation group was(108.3± 10.5),which was obviously higher than that in contrast group.The result had a statistical significance (P<0.05).The time of operation, the amount of bleeding and the hospitalization expense in observation group were obviously lower than that in contrast group ( P<0 .05 ) .The Tibiofemoral angle of patients in contrast group after operation was(176.2±1.4).The orthopedic effect in contrast group was obviously good than that in the observation group.The result had a statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion: The curative effect of unicompartmental knee arthroplasty on osteoarthritis in knee joint is better, comparing with total knee replacement, which possess such advantages as micro-traumatic, less bleeding, low cost, rapid recu-peration etc.
