目的：观察依从性干预对患者疗程的影响，探讨青少年口腔正畸治疗疗程与患者依从性的关系。方法：选取我门诊收治的青少年Angle I类青少年患者80例，并随机分为研究组和对照组，各40例，所有患者均接受口腔正畸治疗，并给予口腔卫生教育，研究组同时从认知、心理和行为等方面给予依从性干预。观察两组患者治疗情况和疗程。结果：研究组按约复诊、矫治装置维护、矫治装置佩戴和保持口腔卫生比例明显高于对照组（P＜0．01）；研究组疗程（15．1±2．0）个月，对照组疗程为（19．2±2．4）个月，研究组疗程明显短于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：青少年口腔正畸治疗依从性与患者疗程有明显关系，依从性干预可以有效提高青少年口腔正畸治疗效果，缩短治疗疗程。
목적：관찰의종성간예대환자료정적영향，탐토청소년구강정기치료료정여환자의종성적관계。방법：선취아문진수치적청소년Angle I류청소년환자80례，병수궤분위연구조화대조조，각40례，소유환자균접수구강정기치료，병급여구강위생교육，연구조동시종인지、심리화행위등방면급여의종성간예。관찰량조환자치료정황화료정。결과：연구조안약복진、교치장치유호、교치장치패대화보지구강위생비례명현고우대조조（P＜0．01）；연구조료정（15．1±2．0）개월，대조조료정위（19．2±2．4）개월，연구조료정명현단우대조조（P＜0．05）。결론：청소년구강정기치료의종성여환자료정유명현관계，의종성간예가이유효제고청소년구강정기치료효과，축단치료료정。
Objective:To observe the compliance intervention effect on patients, to explore the relation-ship between adolescent treatment and compliance of patients with orthodontic .Method:80 cases of Angle I occlusion adolescent patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, each with 40 cases, all patients received orthodontic treatment, and were given the oral health education , the study group were given compliance intervention in aspects of cognitive, psychological and behavior.Results:The study group on the referral, the appliance, the appliance maintenance wear and maintain oral health were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01).The treatment of study group was (15.1 ±2) months, the treatment of control group was (19.2 ±2.4) treatment, course of study group was significantly shorter than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Adolescent orthodontic compliance and treatment has obvious re-lationship , adherence intervention can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of orthodontic teenagers , shorten the course of treatment .
