以玉米淀粉为原料,环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,Span60和Tween80按照一定的比例复配作为乳化剂,采用反相悬浮法制备淀粉微球。采用单因素实验法,考察了淀粉浓度、交联剂用量、乳化剂用量、乳化速度对微球平均粒径的影响。利用红外光谱(IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、环境扫描电镜(ESEM)对微球进行了表征。确定了优化的制备工艺参数为:玉米淀粉浓度为15%,油相和水相的体积比为5∶1,乳化剂为1.8 g,乳化速度为9000 r/min,交联剂的体积为6 mL,反应时间为6 h。结果表明制备的淀粉微球颗粒圆整、分散均匀、表面光滑,平均粒径为8.8μm。

The corn starch microspheres were prepared by the method of reversed-phased emulsion polymerization .In the reaction ,epichlorohydrin was used as crosslinking agent ,Span60 and Tween80 were used as emulsifying agent in the optimalizing proportion .Their parameters , such as the concentration of starch,the amount of cross-linking agent,the quantity of emulsifying ,the emulsifying speed and reaction time,were analyzed by single-factor test.The optimum conditions were that the starch concentration was 15%,the ratio of oil and water was 5∶1,the volume of cross linker was 6 mL,the quantity of emulsifying was 1.8 g, the emulsifying speed was 9000 r/min and reaction time was 6h.The microspheres were characterized by IR,XRD and ESEM.The results showed that starch microsphere was round ,smooth, dispersed evenly ,and its average size was 8.8 μm.
