Aiming to difficulties in electromagnetic field and microwave technology teaching,Firstly the features of scientific language MATLAB is introduced in this paper. Followed,with typically examples, its application in electromagnetic field teaching is explained in detail.The method makes complex electromagnetic field problems more vivid,visual and easier to be understood by graph form. It can not only inspire students interesting in study,but also improve the teaching result.
