According to the needs of equipment manufacturing industry development, the purchase, manufacture and sales flowchart of the related industrial enterprise is investigated in detail. Using B/S mode three-tier architecture based Web Services platform and smart client technology, the application is developed. Based on system requirements and feasibility analysis, the overall system design ideas and goals are determined and described using case analysis. The three -tier architecture, contracting and manufacturing process module implementation are focused on by using of program flow and running interface combination. The equipment manufacturing enterprise project management system is realized and passes the software testing.
