目的探讨单硝酸异山梨酯注射液治疗肺源性心脏病的疗效和安全性.方法将138例肺源性心脏病患者随机分为对照组69例和治疗组69例；对照组予抗感染、利尿、强心、平喘及吸氧等常规治疗；治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,加用单硝酸异山梨酯注射液；观察两组的临床疗效及治疗前、后的心功能.结果在改善患者的症状、血流变学和TCD指标上,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组.治疗组总有效率为89.86％,对照组为75.36％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论治疗组比对照组起效快、作用强、效果好、安全可靠.

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of isosorbide mononitrate injection in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease.Methods 138 patients with pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups,69 for each group.The patients in the control group received conventional treatments including anti-infection,improvement in heart function,diuresis,relief of dyspnea,and oxygen inhalation; while the patients in the study group received isosorbide mononitrate injection in addition to conventional therapies.The clinical efficacy and cardiac function were observed in both groups before and after treatment.Results The study group was markedly superior to the control group in the improvement of symptoms,hemorheology,and TCD indexes.The total effectiveness rate was 89.86％ in the study group and 75.36％ in the control group; the efficacy differed significantly between the two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusions The study group has a quicker onset,stronger action,and better efficacy and is more reliable and safer than the control group.
