目的探讨糖脉康颗粒联合卡托普利治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效.方法将146例DN患者随机分为对照组和观察组各73例,对照组患者给予卡托普利治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用糖脉康颗粒治疗.结果观察组治疗后的总有效率为95.89％,显著高于对照组的82.19％ (P＜0.05).观察组治疗后的尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(SCr)、24 h尿蛋白定量与治疗前比较均明显下降(P＜0.05),观察组的各项指标均优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论糖脉康颗粒联合卡托普利治疗糖尿病肾病改善肾功能,具有显著疗效,提高了患者的生存质量.
목적 탐토당맥강과립연합잡탁보리치료당뇨병신병(DN)적림상료효.방법 장146례DN환자수궤분위대조조화관찰조각73례,대조조환자급여잡탁보리치료,관찰조환자재대조조적기출상가용당맥강과립치료.결과 관찰조치료후적총유효솔위95.89％,현저고우대조조적82.19％ (P＜0.05).관찰조치료후적뇨소담(BUN)、기항(SCr)、24 h뇨단백정량여치료전비교균명현하강(P＜0.05),관찰조적각항지표균우우대조조(P＜0.05).결론 당맥강과립연합잡탁보리치료당뇨병신병개선신공능,구유현저료효,제고료환자적생존질량.
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of the Tangmaikang particles combined with captopril in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy (DN).Methods 146 patients with DN were randomly divided into two groups,73 patients in the control group were treated by the captopril,and 73 patients in the observation group were treated by the Tangmaikang particles on the basis of the control group.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.89％,significantly higher than 82.19％ of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the blood urea nitrogen (BUN),creatinine (SCr),24 h urinary protein excretion of the observation group and control group were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment (all P ＜ 0.05).The indicators of the observation group were all better than those of the control group (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Tangmaikang particles combined with captopril in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy has significant effect,and can improve the patients' quality of life.
