以玉米淀粉为原料,分别合成了含有酰胺基、羧基和磺酸基的接枝共聚物,并对接枝共聚物在钻井液泥浆中的流变性和降滤失性能进行了对比研究。实验结果表明,各接枝共聚物在淡水泥浆中都具有很好的降失水能力和增粘能力,而在盐水泥浆中,因不同接枝共聚物具有不同的基团,而表现出不同的抗盐能力和抗温能力。通过系统的分析与比较,含吸附性基团的接枝共聚物有着更好的抗盐能力,而含水化基团的接枝共聚物的抗温性更好。
以玉米澱粉為原料,分彆閤成瞭含有酰胺基、羧基和磺痠基的接枝共聚物,併對接枝共聚物在鑽井液泥漿中的流變性和降濾失性能進行瞭對比研究。實驗結果錶明,各接枝共聚物在淡水泥漿中都具有很好的降失水能力和增粘能力,而在鹽水泥漿中,因不同接枝共聚物具有不同的基糰,而錶現齣不同的抗鹽能力和抗溫能力。通過繫統的分析與比較,含吸附性基糰的接枝共聚物有著更好的抗鹽能力,而含水化基糰的接枝共聚物的抗溫性更好。

A series of fluid loss agents were prepared with corn starch which grafted with acrylamide , acrylic acid and sodium allylsulfonate .The properties of the grafted copolymers in the different drilling fluid were studied .The results show that all the grafted copolymers have good fluid loss ability and thickening ability in the system of fresh mud .The grafted copolymers containing different groups show the different behaviors in salty mud .The grafted copolymers with adsorbing groups have better salt resistance than the samples only containing hydration group .However , the ability of temperature resistance is reverse,the grafted copolymers containing hydration groups are better .
