细胞传感器是以细胞作为主要功能性元件，识别和感知被测物并按一定规律转换成可识别信号的器件或装置。因其具有体积小、响应快、可实现原位在线监测等特点，在环境评估、食品安全、药物筛选等领域应用前景广泛。本文综述了近几年来设计发展的动物细胞、微生物细胞传感器的设计原理、应用范围及发展前景。

Using cells as a biological component , cell biosensor can detect analytes and convert received information into identifiable signals according to certain rules .It has a wide range of applications in the field of environmental assessment , food safety, drug screening and so on because of its small size , fast response and in situ online monitoring .This paper overviews the principles ,applications and development prospects of cell biosensors designed and invented in recent years .
