目的:探讨高频超声诊断早孕期胚胎停止发育的价值。方法:取我院早期妊娠进行超声检查的孕妇,先用常规超声经腹探查早孕情况,再用高频超声检查。明确见胚胎组织而未见原始心管搏动的孕妇、妊娠囊>40m m而未见胚胎组织者纳入本研究。所有研究对象分为两组,第一组,398名孕妇,比较高频超声与常规超声诊断胚胎停止发育情况。第二组116名孕妇,比较高频超声与阴道超声诊断胚胎停止发育情况。结果:第一组:高频超声与常规超声比较,首次检查见清晰胚胎组织而未见原始心管搏动者322例V S193例,妊娠囊>40m m而未见胚胎组织者76例V S92例。第二组:高频超声与阴道超声比较,两项观察指标结果分别为:102例VS106例,14例VS10例。结论:高频超声检查早孕期胚胎停止发育比常规超声有显著优势,比阴道超声操作方便。

objective: to study the high frequency ultrasound diagnosis early pregnancy embryonic stop growing value. Methods: take our of ultrasound pregnancy early for pregnant women, first with conventional ultrasonic abdominal exploration results and to using high-frequency ultrasound, clearly see embryonic organization and did not see the original heart beats tube of pregnant women, pregnancy sac > 40 mm and did not see embryos organizers enrol ed in the study. Al the research object divided into two groups, the first group, 398 pregnant women, compared with conventional high frequency ultrasound and conventional ultrasound diagnosis stop development embryos. The second group of 116 pregnant women, more high frequency ultrasonography and vaginal ultrasound diagnosis embryonic stop growing. Results: the first group: high frequency ultrasonography and conventional ultrasonic comparison, first check see clear embryonic organization and did not see the original heart beats tube in 322 cases VS193 cases, pregnancy capsule > 40 mm and did not see embryos 76 cases VS92 cases. The second group: high frequency ultrasonography and transvaginal ultrasonography comparison, two observation index respectively results: 102 cases VS106 cases, 14 cases VS10 cases. Conclusion:high-frequency ultrasound pregnancy early embryonic development stops than conventional ultrasonic have significant advantages, than transvaginal ultrasonography convenient operation.
