目的建立复方芪防颗粒的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对复方芪防颗粒中的药材防风、苦参、黄柏的成分进行定性鉴别;并应用薄层扫描法测定制剂中黄芩苷成分的含量。结果利用薄层色谱鉴别可检测出药材防风、苦参、黄柏的成分。同时测定制剂中黄芩苷成分在0.55~4.4ug范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9996,平均回收率为102.9%,RSD=1.99%。结论该方法简便、准确、灵敏度高,可作为复方芪防颗粒的质量控制方法。

목적건립복방기방과립적질량표준。방법채용박층색보법대복방기방과립중적약재방풍、고삼、황백적성분진행정성감별;병응용박층소묘법측정제제중황금감성분적함량。결과이용박층색보감별가검측출약재방풍、고삼、황백적성분。동시측정제제중황금감성분재0.55~4.4ug범위내정량호선성관계,r=0.9996,평균회수솔위102.9%,RSD=1.99%。결론해방법간편、준학、령민도고,가작위복방기방과립적질량공제방법。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Fufang QiFang Keli. Methods: To identify Saposhnikovia divaricata (Turcz)Schischk, Sophora flavescens Ait and Phel odendron amurense Rupr by TLC; And determine the content of Baicalin in Fufang QiFang Keli by TLC-Scanning . Results: Saposhnikovia divaricata (Turcz)Schischk, Sophora flavescens Ait and Phel odendron amurense Rupr can be distinguished respectively by TLC; While the linear range of Baicalin was 0.55~4.4ug (r=0.9996), The average recovery rate was 102.9%, RSD=1.99%. Conclusion: The method is simply operation, accurate and highly sensitive, It can be used for quality control of Fufang QiFang Keli.
