　　目的观察莫匹罗星联合“东方一号”作为创面局部外用药治疗烧伤后残余创面的可行性及有效性。方法32例患者采用同体对照的方法，每例患者随机选取2处面积、深度相近的残余创面，分别给予不同的处理方法，A组：将莫匹罗星和“东方一号”混合后用于创面，B组：单纯将莫匹罗星用于创面。两组分别于第一次换药后4天、10天、16天、22天测量并记录创面愈合情况，第一次换药前及换药第10天分别取创面分泌物做细菌培养并观察肉芽改善情况。结果与B组相比，用药第10天、16天、22天，A组的创面愈合率明显大于B组（P﹤0.01），创面平均愈合时间提前约5d（P﹤0.01），创面肉芽情况改善明显（P﹤0.01）。结论两药联合应用于烧伤后残余创面，未发现全身及局部不良反应，能显著改善创面肉芽情况，缩短创面愈合时间，是安全的、有效的。
　　목적관찰막필라성연합“동방일호”작위창면국부외용약치료소상후잔여창면적가행성급유효성。방법32례환자채용동체대조적방법，매례환자수궤선취2처면적、심도상근적잔여창면，분별급여불동적처리방법，A조：장막필라성화“동방일호”혼합후용우창면，B조：단순장막필라성용우창면。량조분별우제일차환약후4천、10천、16천、22천측량병기록창면유합정황，제일차환약전급환약제10천분별취창면분비물주세균배양병관찰육아개선정황。결과여B조상비，용약제10천、16천、22천，A조적창면유합솔명현대우B조（P﹤0.01），창면평균유합시간제전약5d（P﹤0.01），창면육아정황개선명현（P﹤0.01）。결론량약연합응용우소상후잔여창면，미발현전신급국부불량반응，능현저개선창면육아정황，축단창면유합시간，시안전적、유효적。
Objective To observe the feasibility and effectiveness of Mupirocin combined with “Dongfang No.1 Ointment” in treating residual burn wounds. Methods Randomly selected two similar residual burn wounds from each 32 patients,using homebody comparison,64 residual burn wounds are divided into two groups,Group A:treated with both Mupirocin and “DongFang No.1 ointment”;Group B:treated with only Mupirocin. Observation was made in the two groups, including the healing time, the healing rate, the bacterial clearance rate and the granulation tissue condition.Results Mupirocin combined with “Dongfang No.1 Ointment” in treating residual burn wounds can shorten the healing time,increase the healing rate and improve the granulation tissue condition. Conclution Mupirocin combined with“DongFang No.1 ointment” in treating Residual burn wounds is feasible and effective.
