目的分析首发为肺外表现的原发性肺癌，以提高原发性肺癌的早期诊断。方法回顾性分析37例原发性肺癌的临床资料。结果37例原发性肺癌中首发肺外表现为肥大性肺性骨关节病13例；杵状指（趾）11例；内分泌异常和代谢紊乱9例；癌性肌无力2例；静脉血栓1例；腹泻1例。结论认识肺癌的肺外表现，使首发为肺外表现的原发性肺癌得到早期诊断及治疗。
目的分析首髮為肺外錶現的原髮性肺癌，以提高原髮性肺癌的早期診斷。方法迴顧性分析37例原髮性肺癌的臨床資料。結果37例原髮性肺癌中首髮肺外錶現為肥大性肺性骨關節病13例；杵狀指（趾）11例；內分泌異常和代謝紊亂9例；癌性肌無力2例；靜脈血栓1例；腹瀉1例。結論認識肺癌的肺外錶現，使首髮為肺外錶現的原髮性肺癌得到早期診斷及治療。
목적분석수발위폐외표현적원발성폐암，이제고원발성폐암적조기진단。방법회고성분석37례원발성폐암적림상자료。결과37례원발성폐암중수발폐외표현위비대성폐성골관절병13례；저상지（지）11례；내분비이상화대사문란9례；암성기무력2례；정맥혈전1례；복사1례。결론인식폐암적폐외표현，사수발위폐외표현적원발성폐암득도조기진단급치료。
Objective To analyse the primary lung cancer with extrapulmonary manifestation as the first symptom and improve the methods of early diagnosis.Methods A retrospective analysis was made of al clinical data of 37 patients with extrapulmonary manifestation as the first symptom of the primary lung cancer.Results Al 37 cases of primary lung cancer with extrapulmonary manifestation as the first symptom, 13 cases showed hypertrophic osteoarthropathy; 11 cases clubbed fingers; 9 cases endocrine abnormality and metabolic disorder; carcinoma amyosthenia; 1 case phlebothrombosis; 1 case diarrhea.Conclusion Knowing lung cancer with extrapulmonary manifestation as the first symptom can make it to be early diagnosed and treated.
