目的探讨研究胎儿心律失常的诊断和治疗方法,分析对胎儿心律失常诊治的临床意义。方法对2009年10月~2012年12月我院收治的胎儿心律失常孕妇46例作为本次实验的研究对象,观察胎儿心律失常的表现,总结临床诊治方法,并观察治疗结果。结果46例胎儿心律失常中包括:胎儿心动过速4例,心动过缓7例,不规则胎儿心律35例。46例中听诊发现32例,超声检查发现8例,胎心监测发现6例。随访46例胎儿,所有胎儿均存活,其中3例经过新生儿超声心动图检查为先天性心脏病。结论胎儿心律失常的类型较多,需要临床医生给予针对性处理,且胎儿心律失常的预后多较好,先天性心脏病的发衡量较低。

Objective: To investigate the study of fetal diagnosis and treatment of arrhythmias, analysis of fetal arrhythmia treatment clinical significance. Methods: October 2009- December 2012 in our hospital 46 cases of fetal arrhythmia pregnant women as the object of study of this experiment to observe the performance of fetal arrhythmia, summarize the clinical diagnosis and treatment, and observe the treatment outcome. Results: 46 cases of fetal cardiac arrhythmias include: four cases of fetal tachycardia, bradycardia 7 cases, 35 cases of irregular fetal heart rhythm. Auscultation findings in 46 cases, 32 cases ultrasound examination revealed eight cases, fetal heart monitoring found six cases. Fol owed up 46 cases of fetuses, al fetuses were alive, including three cases of neonatal echocardiography after congenital heart disease. Conclusion: Fetal many types of arrhythmias, clinicians need to give targeted treatment and a better prognosis of fetal arrhythmias, congenital heart disease made to measure low.
