目的观察上颌唇侧阻生尖牙的正畸-外科联合治疗的效果。方法从2010年2月至2012年12月期间,对15例埋伏阻生的上尖牙采用开窗术暴露埋伏尖牙后粘牵引钩,用固定正畸配合牵引,辅助导萌一步矫治到正常牙位。结果15例患者中,除一例中途放弃牵引要求直接拔出埋伏牙外,其余14例牵引阻生尖牙到预留位置,未出现牙髓坏死,牙周附着不良,x线显示牙根无明显吸收,患者面型无明显变化,牙弓形态良好,覆盖正常,磨牙关系为中性,基本达到目标。结论采用上颌唇侧阻生尖牙的正畸-外科联合治疗,可使牙齿恢复整齐美观、消除牙合创伤、改善牙齿咀嚼功能,值得推广应用。

Objective: To observe the effect of maxil ary labial resistance orthodontic - cuspid surgical treatment effect. Methods: From 2010 February to 2012 December, 15 cases of impacted maxil ary canine with fenestration after exposure of impacted canine viscous traction hook, with fixed orthodontic traction, auxiliary guide adorable step correction to the normal tooth. Results: Of the 15 patients, except for one case gave up traction requirements pul directly impacted teeth, the remaining 14 cases traction impacted canines to reserve position, no necrosis of the pulp, periodontal attachment adverse, X ray display without root resorption, no significant changes in patients with facial, dental arch form good, normal, molar relationship is neutral, basic goal. Conclusion: The use of maxil ary labial resistance combined orthodontic and surgical treatment of cuspid, can make the tooth restoration is neat and beautiful, eliminate occlusal trauma, improve the teeth chewing function, it is worthy of popularization and application.
