　　目的对应用健康宣教模式对患有妇科患者实施护理的临床效果进行研究。方法抽取94例妇科患者，将其分为对照组和观察组，平均每组47例。采用传统妇科护理模式对对照组患者实施护理；在传统妇科护理模式基础上加用健康教育方式对观察组患者实施护理。结果观察组患者对护理服务的满意度明显高于对照组；治疗期间出现不良反应的人数明显少于对照组；患者接受治疗时间明显短于对照组。结论应用健康宣教模式对患有妇科患者实施护理的临床效果非常明显。
　　목적대응용건강선교모식대환유부과환자실시호리적림상효과진행연구。방법추취94례부과환자，장기분위대조조화관찰조，평균매조47례。채용전통부과호리모식대대조조환자실시호리；재전통부과호리모식기출상가용건강교육방식대관찰조환자실시호리。결과관찰조환자대호리복무적만의도명현고우대조조；치료기간출현불량반응적인수명현소우대조조；환자접수치료시간명현단우대조조。결론응용건강선교모식대환유부과환자실시호리적림상효과비상명현。
Objective To study the application of health education mode of clinical effect on patients with gynecological nursing.Methods 94 cases of gynecological patients, divided into the observation group and control group, each an average of 47 cases.Using the traditional Gynecological Nursing Mode to control the implementation of nursing patients with health education;nursing to the patients in the observation group on the basis of traditional nursing mode on gynecology.Results in the observation group, patients satisfaction with nursing service was significantly higher than the control group; the number of adverse reactions during treatment was significantly lower than the control group; patients receive treatment time was shorter than the control group.Conclusion the application of health education mode of clinical effect on patients with Gynecological Nursing is very obvious.
