为了有效的发挥Cry毒素的杀虫效果,延缓害虫对Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt)毒素抗性的产生和演化,国内外对Cry毒素的增效作用进行了深入研究。增效蛋白的应用作为抗性治理策略的一个方面,能够为延缓害虫Bt抗性演化提供方法。本文综述了目前国内外Bt毒素昆虫中肠受体蛋白多肽片段对Cry毒素增效作用的研究进展,并分析了其存在的可能的增效机理。
為瞭有效的髮揮Cry毒素的殺蟲效果,延緩害蟲對Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt)毒素抗性的產生和縯化,國內外對Cry毒素的增效作用進行瞭深入研究。增效蛋白的應用作為抗性治理策略的一箇方麵,能夠為延緩害蟲Bt抗性縯化提供方法。本文綜述瞭目前國內外Bt毒素昆蟲中腸受體蛋白多肽片段對Cry毒素增效作用的研究進展,併分析瞭其存在的可能的增效機理。

The Cry proteins produced by Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) are the most widely used biopesticides effective against a range of crop pests. To exert its insecticidal activities and delay the evolution of resistance, synergism of Cry toxins by toxin-binding fragments were widely studied. As one of strategies of Bt resistance management, application of synergistic polypeptides can delay the evolution of Bt resistance. Here, we reviewed studies on synergism of Cry toxins by toxin-binding fragments and discussed the possible synergistic mechanisms.
