目的：评价点阵铒激光治疗面部痤疮瘢痕的临床疗效。方法使用波长2940 nm铒激光治疗仪，采用微剥脱模式（A组）、点阵模式（B组）及两种方法联合（C组）治疗痤疮瘢痕，治疗前后使用ECCA 权重评分表进行评分，比较3种治疗方案的疗效差异。结果3种方法治疗前后ECCA差值比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。A组与B组2种治疗方法比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），C组与A组、C组与B组2种治疗方法比较，差异有统计学意义（P均＜0.05）。结论铒激光治疗痤疮瘢痕疗效确切，且微剥脱模式及联合点阵模式治疗效果更显著。

Objective To evaluate the role of erbium laser on the treatment of acne scar. Methods To treat acne scar by 2940 nm erbium laser with micro-stripping mode(group A), fractional mode(group B) and combined treatment(group C). Before and after treatment, ECCA grading scale was assessed and compared. Results Comparison of three methods of ECCA, three methods of treatment were signiifcant (P<0.05). Group A and B had no difference in the acne scar patients (P>0.05). However, group C is more effective than group A and B (P<0.05). Conclusion Erbium laser is an efifcient method in the treatment of acne scar, especially the comibination therapy with micro-stripping mode and fractional mode.
