@@@@背景:骨性关节炎会导致关节摩擦因数及性能的改变,目前尚没有一种方法能够全面客观的评价及测量关节的摩擦性能。目的:应用生物力学测量系统观察不同压力条件下关节摩擦性能的变化,及软骨缺损出现时关节摩擦因数的变化。方法:将羊腕关节固定在生物力学测量系统上,以垂直关节面方向给关节施加100,200,400,800 N的压力,左右5°旋转关节测出平均旋转扭矩及关节摩擦因数。然后在关节面上制作面积为16 mm2结果与结论:当无软骨缺损时,羊腕关节在4种压力状态下的旋转扭矩大小分别为:0.0217,0.0317,0.0630,0.1450 N?m,关节摩擦因数(μ)分别为:0.0067,0.0073,0.0120和0.0145;而在软骨缺损时,4种压力状态下的旋转扭矩大小分别为:0.0270,0.0417,0.0806,0.1724 N?m,关节摩擦因数(μ)分别为:0.0086,0.0097,0.0137和0.0164。可见,随着压力的增加,旋转扭矩和关节摩擦因数逐渐增大(P <0.05),且关节软骨缺损会导致关节旋转扭矩和关节摩擦因数的增大(P <0.05)。同时关节旋转扭矩与关节摩擦因数明显正相关。骨缺损区,测试在100,200,400,800 N压力下的平均扭矩及关节摩擦因数。
