材质为Q345的热轧型钢在焊接过程中出现了开裂,导致了构件的报废。从焊缝组织成分、焊缝内应力、定位焊缝焊脚尺寸3个方面进行了分析,确认施焊过程中定位焊缝位置选择不正确、焊脚尺寸过小造成焊缝内部严重质量缺陷,从而导致焊缝开裂。
材質為Q345的熱軋型鋼在銲接過程中齣現瞭開裂,導緻瞭構件的報廢。從銲縫組織成分、銲縫內應力、定位銲縫銲腳呎吋3箇方麵進行瞭分析,確認施銲過程中定位銲縫位置選擇不正確、銲腳呎吋過小造成銲縫內部嚴重質量缺陷,從而導緻銲縫開裂。
재질위Q345적열알형강재한접과정중출현료개렬,도치료구건적보폐。종한봉조직성분、한봉내응력、정위한봉한각척촌3개방면진행료분석,학인시한과정중정위한봉위치선택불정학、한각척촌과소조성한봉내부엄중질량결함,종이도치한봉개렬。
Cracks during the welding of Q345 Hot-rolled H-beam steel resulted in the failure of components. The microstructure and chemical composition of the weld, the magnitude of the internal stress of the weld and the fillet weld size of the tack weld are analyzed in this paper. Through the analysis, considered that the wrong location of tack weld and the too small fillet weld size of the weld during welding are the essential cause of cracks.
