广播电视“十二五”科技发展规划中提到，到2015年，有条件的地级（含）以上电视台主要频道实现高清化；高清电视终端的迅速发展，高清电视机逐渐走入寻常百姓家庭，高清电视频道播出带动了新的产业发展，人们对高清节目的要求也不断增加。高清节目拍摄的技术难度与标清比明显增大，它的专业性及在实践中遇到的一些细节问题使我们的技术人员和摄像不得不进一步学习和体会。该文通过介绍高清摄像机的拍摄前准备和几个关键技术，讲述如何更好的利用高清拍摄出更好质量的电视画面，把技术应用到实际操作。

With the rapid development of High Definition Television Terminal, the High Definition Television is gradually more and more popular with each household in china. Besides, the new opportunity for the High Definition Television is also popping up with the TV audience’s increase demands for high-definition TV programs. So The Twelfth Five-Year Plan on the Chinese State Administration of Radio, Film and Television (SARFT) refers that all the qualified TV stations of/above prefec?ture-level cities in china will be fulfilled the“high-definition”of their dominate channels. But based on the fact that the high-level shooting technics and the SD ratio of the high-definition programs, we still need further study and lots of practice on the way to producing high-quality definition programs. This paper attempts to introduce some necessary preparations before using HD cameras and a few key techniques of HD shooting to capture high quality TV picture.
