目的 探讨静脉输液过程中不同角度排气方法的效果,以提高门诊静脉输液效率.方法 将370例门诊患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组185例.对照组采用传统排气加输液管45°,观察组采用传统排气加输液管90°.通过比较整个排气应用时间、排气的成功率来评价两种不同角度排气的应用效果.结果 观察组排气过程中应用时间10 s以下的占该组比例的95.7%,对照组占24.3%;观察组排气过程中的应用时间明显低于对照组(P<0.01).观察组一次排气成功率为78.4%,对照组为37.3%,观察组的一次排气的成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.01).结论 传统排气加输液管90°的排气方法效果显著,提高了门诊静脉输液的效果.

Objective To explore the effect of exhaust methods at different angles in the process of outpatient intravenous infusion in order to improve the efficiency of outpatient intravenous infusion.Methods 370 outpatients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,185 cases in each group.Control group exhausted by traditional way introduced in the textbook with a transfusion tube at a 45 o angle,while observation group exhausted by traditional way with a transfusion tube at a 90° angle.By comparing the time of each case consumed in the entire exhaust process and the success rate of one time exhaust,the clinical effect of two methods was evaluated.Results Patients who consumed less than 10 seconds in the exhaust process accounted for 95.7% in observation group,and 24.3% in control group; which showed consumed time in observation group was obviously less than that in control group (P < 0.01).The success rate of one time exhaust was 78.4% in observation group,and 37.3% in control group; the success rate in observation group was obviously higher than that in control group (P < 0.01).Conclusion The exhaust method following traditional way introduced in the textbook with a transfusion tube at a 90° angle has a significant effect on the efficiency of outpatient intravenous infusion.
