滚动轴承运转过程中的动态接触特性与轴承的使用寿命密切相关,在ANSYS/LS-DYNA研究平台上开展不同润滑状态下滚动轴承动态接触特性的数值模拟研究,考察润滑因素对数值模拟结果的影响情况。结果表明,由流体润滑状态下得到的滚子组单元应力仿真结果,明显小于边界润滑和混合润滑状态下得到的结果,且轴心在载荷方向上位移变化起伏明显减小。与边界润滑和混合润滑状态相比较,流体润滑明显改善了滚动轴承动态接触特性。研究结论可以为滚动轴承的动态接触特性预测和合理润滑方案的设计提供参考。

There is a close relationship between rolling contacting behavior and the service life of roller bearing .In order to investigate the effect of lubrication condition on dynamic contacting characteristics of roller bearing ,numerical simulations were carried out by introducing dynamic finite element models with different friction coefficients based on ANSYS/ LS-DYNA . It finds that the maximum stress of rollers elements calculated from fluid lubrication condition were less than that from the model with boundary lubrication or mixed lubrication .The displacement of the axis along loading from fluid lubrication condition had the least variation amplitude .Conclusions were expected to give some useful references for the study of dynamic contacting nature predicting and reasonable lubrication condition choosing of rolling bearings .
