The Sensibility Marketing, essentially, is that it is added the element of feelings during enterprise management, which plays an important role in cultivating customers' loyalty and reputation and improving their own interests. The main aim of this article is analyzing and summarizing the application of Sensibility Marketing in the theory of "4C", which is helping for improving the level of enterprise marketing management. And I can also provide my own point of view and recommendations.
