目的对比分析全髋关节置换术后健侧与患侧翻身患者的舒适度。方法将166例全髋关节置换术后患者随机分为干预组和对照组，每组各83例，干预组患者术后向健侧翻身，对照组患者术后向患侧翻身，术后1周评价2组患者的舒适度。结果干预组患者疼痛度明显低于对照组，安全感及方便程度显著高于对照组，干预组患者整体舒适度显著提高，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论全髋关节置换术后健侧翻身比患侧翻身舒适度显著提高。
목적대비분석전관관절치환술후건측여환측번신환자적서괄도。방법장166례전관관절치환술후환자수궤분위간예조화대조조，매조각83례，간예조환자술후향건측번신，대조조환자술후향환측번신，술후1주평개2조환자적서괄도。결과간예조환자동통도명현저우대조조，안전감급방편정도현저고우대조조，간예조환자정체서괄도현저제고，2조비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.01）。결론전관관절치환술후건측번신비환측번신서괄도현저제고。
Objective The study of contralateral and ipsilateral emancipated patient comfort. Methods 166 patients of total hip arthroplasty were randomly divided into intervention groups (n=83) and control groups(n=83), contralateral emancipated of intervention groups, ipsilateral emancipated of control groups, evaluation patients comfort of the two groups after one week. Results Intervention group patients pain is significantly lower than the control group, a sense of security and convenient degree of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the intervention group patients significantly improved overall comfort, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Patients comfort was significantly improve of contralateral than ipsilateral emancipated of total hip arthroplasty.
