目的探讨将一次性静脉留置针用于新生儿静脉输液的护理及效果。方法对800例使用一次性静脉留置针行静脉输液的新生儿，严格遵守无菌操作规程，选择合适的穿刺部位，牢固固定，应用生理盐水封管。结果800例新生儿使用一次性静脉留置针静脉输液，减少了护理工作量，有效防止了感染和药物浪费，且无1例发生静脉炎及栓塞。结论使用一次性静脉留置针行新生儿静脉输液安全、经济、实惠，患儿痛苦少，并发症少，值得推广应用。
