目的探究舒适护理在下肢骨折患者围术期的临床应用优势，为临床护理提供参考依据。方法将2011年1月—12月在我科住院的下肢骨折患者352例随机分为对照组和观察组各176例，分别给予常规护理和舒适护理。观察2组患者的并发症发生率及患者满意度。结果观察组并发症发生率及患者满意度情况显著优于对照组。结论针对下肢骨折患者的特点，在围术期采用舒适护理，可以使患者获得身体和心理的双重满足，降低并发症发生率，同时也能提高护理工作质量和患者满意度。
목적탐구서괄호리재하지골절환자위술기적림상응용우세，위림상호리제공삼고의거。방법장2011년1월—12월재아과주원적하지골절환자352례수궤분위대조조화관찰조각176례，분별급여상규호리화서괄호리。관찰2조환자적병발증발생솔급환자만의도。결과관찰조병발증발생솔급환자만의도정황현저우우대조조。결론침대하지골절환자적특점，재위술기채용서괄호리，가이사환자획득신체화심리적쌍중만족，강저병발증발생솔，동시야능제고호리공작질량화환자만의도。
Objective To explore the clinical application of comfort nursing fracture patients during operation period advantage in lower limbs,so as to provide reference for future nursing. Methods from 2011 January to December in our hospital 352 cases of patients with lower limb fracture,were randomly divided into control group and study group with 176 cases in each group,were given routine nursing care and nursing,observes 2 group of patient's recovery time,complications and patient satisfaction. Results in the observation group,the complication rate was 11.36%,the satisfaction of patients was 84.1%,significantly better than the control group. Conclusion the nursing of the patients with fracture of lower limb during operation period nursing,comfortable using,make patients obtain dual meet the physical and psychological,but also improve the quality of nursing staff and patient satisfaction.
