本文采用故障树分析法对液压钻机故障进行分析,以动力头和泵站为例,建立了动力头和泵站的故障树,通过对故障树进行定性和定量分析,找到液压钻机故障的原因和发生的概率,并提供相应的解决措施,提高了液压钻机整机的可靠性,对矿用液压钻机的设计和操作人员具有指导意义,同时可促进煤炭生产的高产和高效。

In this paper, the method of the fault tree analysis was used for mine hydraulic drilling rig failure, Fault trees of power head and pumping station were established. Through qualitative and quantitative analysis of fault trees, we found the reasons of the failure of the hydraulic drilling rig and the probability of occurrence, and provided the appropriate measures to improve the reliability of mine hydraulic drilling rig, which guided the design and operation staff of hydraulic drilling rig and had a significance to promote the coal production high-yielding and efficient.
