目的探讨复杂性肛瘘的治疗方法。方法将166例复杂性肛瘘患者分成治疗组（86例）和对照组（80例），治疗组采取分段挂线对口引流术，对照组采取传统切扩挂线术。观察2组疗效及创面愈合时间、肛门功能情况。结果治疗组和对照组有效率分别为98.8%和96.2%，2组比较无统计学差异（P>0.05），但2组创面愈合时间和肛门功能情况比较均有显著性差异，治疗组优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论在治疗复杂性肛瘘时分段挂线对口引流术与传统切扩挂线术相比具有愈合时间短和可更好地保护肛门功能等优点。

목적탐토복잡성항루적치료방법。방법장166례복잡성항루환자분성치료조（86례）화대조조（80례），치료조채취분단괘선대구인류술，대조조채취전통절확괘선술。관찰2조료효급창면유합시간、항문공능정황。결과치료조화대조조유효솔분별위98.8%화96.2%，2조비교무통계학차이（P>0.05），단2조창면유합시간화항문공능정황비교균유현저성차이，치료조우우대조조（P<0.05）。결론재치료복잡성항루시분단괘선대구인류술여전통절확괘선술상비구유유합시간단화가경호지보호항문공능등우점。
Objective This study was to compare the therapeutic efficacy and to select a better surgical procedure for the patients with complex anal fistula. Methods one hundred and sixty six patients were divided into two groups . The treatment group (86cases) underwent the surgical procedure of segmental thread-drawing and counter opening drainage. The control group(80cases)underwent the traditional procedure of incision debridement and thread-drawing. Results The curative and markedly effective rate was 98.8%and 96.2% in the treatment and control group ,respectively (P>0.05),however ,significant difference was found between two groups in wound healing time and anal function, treatment group was superior to control group(P<0.05.Conclusion The surgical procedure of segmental thread-drawing and counter opening drainage can ensure a shorter treatment course and better protection of anal function .
