目的探讨分体式髌骨爪内固定治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法依据分体式髌骨爪的力学特点，应用分体式髌骨爪治疗各型髌骨骨折60例，回顾分析治疗方法及疗效。结果经过6～24个月的随访，骨折全部愈合，愈合时间6～12周，平均8周。无髌骨爪松动或断裂，无术后感染、膝关节僵硬，骨性关节炎等并发症发生，膝关节功能优良率98%。结论分体式髌骨爪内固定治疗髌骨骨折具有操作简单、并发症少、疗效好、患者下床活动早等优点，是一种治疗髌骨骨折很实用的内固定材料，值得临床推广应用。

목적탐토분체식빈골조내고정치료빈골골절적림상료효。방법의거분체식빈골조적역학특점，응용분체식빈골조치료각형빈골골절60례，회고분석치료방법급료효。결과경과6～24개월적수방，골절전부유합，유합시간6～12주，평균8주。무빈골조송동혹단렬，무술후감염、슬관절강경，골성관절염등병발증발생，슬관절공능우량솔98%。결론분체식빈골조내고정치료빈골골절구유조작간단、병발증소、료효호、환자하상활동조등우점，시일충치료빈골골절흔실용적내고정재료，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of patella fixation system claws in treatment of patella fracture.Methods Based on the mechanical characteristics of patella claw system, application system for each patella fracture patella claw 60 cases, review treatment and the clinical effect.Results The postoperative follow-ups ranged from 6 to 24 months, all fracture healing, healing time from 6 to 12 weeks, and the average 8 weeks, no patellar claw loose and rupture, no postoperative infection, the knee joint stiffness, osseous arthritis and complications, and fineness rate of the knee function was 98%. Conclusion Employing the patella fixation system claws in treatment of patella fracture is characterized by simple operation, good effect and less complications and activities under the bed early etc,and the materials in treatment of patella fracture is a very practical internal fixation materials, and worth clinical application.
