目的研究分析慢性鼻窦炎患者鼻窦分泌物的需氧菌检验结果，以供临床研究。方法选择2011年2月-2012年2月收治的62例慢性鼻窦炎患者为研究对象，患者均经过鼻内镜鼻窦手术，并采集鼻窦内分泌物进行需氧菌的检验，同时以同期使用鼻内镜治疗的耳鼻喉科患者鼻窦分泌物为对照组。结果鼻窦炎组患者细菌阳性率更高，其中表皮葡萄球菌、金黄葡萄球菌比例较高，与对照组比较有显著差异，P＜0.05。结论慢性鼻窦炎患者鼻窦分泌物有较高的需氧菌检出率，医生根据患者的细菌培养结果进行药敏试验，有助于指导临床用药。
목적연구분석만성비두염환자비두분비물적수양균검험결과，이공림상연구。방법선택2011년2월-2012년2월수치적62례만성비두염환자위연구대상，환자균경과비내경비두수술，병채집비두내분비물진행수양균적검험，동시이동기사용비내경치료적이비후과환자비두분비물위대조조。결과비두염조환자세균양성솔경고，기중표피포도구균、금황포도구균비례교고，여대조조비교유현저차이，P＜0.05。결론만성비두염환자비두분비물유교고적수양균검출솔，의생근거환자적세균배양결과진행약민시험，유조우지도림상용약。
Objective To study analysis of patients with chronic sinusitis sinus secretions aerobic test results for clinical research.
