本文采用毛细管区带电泳法测定了五倍子中没食子酸的含量。在20mmol/L Na2B4O7缓冲溶液的条件下,实现了被测组分的有效分离。测得五倍子中没食子酸的含量为45.08mg/g(RSD=2.14%)(n=5)。回收率变化范围为97.2%~125.3%,平均回收率为112.5%(n=4)。本法简便、准确、快速。

In this work,the method to determine the content of Gallic acid in Galla Chinensis was estabilished by capillary zone elec-trophoresis. Under the 20 mmol/L borate(pH=9.44),valid separation of Gallic acid and the others compounds was obtained in Galla Chi-nensis and the content of Gallic acid was 45.08mg/g (RSD=2.14%)(n=5). The average recovery of Gallic acid was 112.5%(n=4). This method was simple and fast.
