本文阐述了在不增加制冷系统开发成本的基础上,通过提高换热器的换热效率等一系列方法,提高空调机组的能源消耗效率、以设计符合国家要求的节能产品。这些方法包括:有效利用空调机组换热器迎风面和背风面的换热特性、工质在换热器中的重力影响、工质在换热过程中两相的换热特点、改善分流器结构设计等。

To design the products meeting national energy-saving requirement, the methods to improve the energy consumption efficiency of air conditioner units were discussed. The methods use a series of measures such as to improve the heat exchange efficiency of heat exchanger without increasing the development cost. The methods include utilizing efficiently the heat exchange characteristics of windward side and lee side of heat exchanger, the gravitational influence of refrigerant in heat exchanger, the heat exchange characteristics of two-phase refrigerant during the heat transfer process and improving the structure of distributor, etc.
