设计了一套重力式热管空调机组并进行了运行特性试验。试验表明:在室内外温差10℃,运行风量3500 m3/h时,空调制冷量可达到4000 W;室内外温差确定的情况下,增大风量对制冷量的影响慢慢减小;风量确定的情况下,制冷量随室内外温差的增大而增大;在相同工况下,换热管数目增加1倍,制冷量只增加14%,而机组成本增加30%以上,经济性较差。

A two-phase closed thermosyphon type air conditioning unit was designed, and the operating characteristic was tested. The results showed that, when the temperature difference between the indoor and outdoor is 10℃ and air volume is 3500 m3/h, the cooling capacity can reach up to 4000 W. Under the certain temperature difference between the indoor and outdoor, the influence of increasing air volume on the cooling capacity decreases slowly. Under the certain air volume, the cooling capacity increases with the increase of the temperature difference between the indoor and outdoor. Under the same condition, when the number of heat pipe doubles, the cooling capacity increases by 14%, but the cost of the unit increases by above 30%, and the economy gets worse.
