随着互联网技术的快速更新，论坛、微博、贴吧等载体迅猛发展，网络正逐步成为我国公众监督政府及公职人员行为的重要手段，成为反腐败的重要载体。然而，当前网络反腐存在法律制度不完善、信息真假难辨、网民缺乏自律意识等不足。分析网络反腐现状，将网络反腐纳入制度和法律的轨道，构建科学严谨的反腐体系，是当前亟待解决的问题。
