为了培养学生的职业能力，过程比结果更重要。以高职软件技术专业为例，分析了如何通过过程展示来培养学生的自学能力、英文阅读能力、分析问题解决问题能力。教师通过过程示范与指导相结合，展示学生学习的过程、分析问题解决问题的过程，以期训练学生，进而提升学生的职业能力。

@@@@In order to promote students'vocational ability, process is more important than just result.Taking soft-ware technology as an example, this paper is analyzed how to promote students 'self -teaching ability, English ma-terial reading ability, analyzing and solving problem ability .Through combining demonstration and guidance and showing the process that students study the process of analyzing and solving problem , teacher can do better in train-ing and promoting students'vocational ability.
