进行了 HA 基因的 DNA 重组体 pV －HA 及融合 HA －minigene 基因的 DNA 重组体 p HA －minigene 的表达研究，测定了其凝血活性，并利用荧光示踪，间接免疫荧光等方法对其进行鉴定，鉴定结果表明：构建 DNA 重组体成功，且在哺乳动物细胞离体实验中检测到重组体的表达。

@@@@In this study we made the research on the expression of the recombinant DNA pV -HA gene and HA -minigene gene by using the fluorescent tracer and indirect immunofluorescence methods to measure the coagulation activity.Results show that DNA recombinant was built ,and the expression of the recombinant can also be detected in mammalian cells in vitro.
