目的研究NGAL在原位胰腺癌裸鼠及正常裸鼠中的表达情况。方法构建原位胰腺癌裸鼠模型，采用ELISA、RT-PCR和Western Blot等方法测定原位胰腺癌裸鼠及正常裸鼠NGAL的血清水平及在外周血白细胞中的表达情况。结果原位胰腺癌裸鼠的血清NGAL水平、外周血白细胞NGAL mRNA表达水平及蛋白表达水平均显著高于正常裸鼠（P<0.05）。结论原位胰腺癌裸鼠中NGAL的表达增加，胰腺癌可促进裸鼠的NGAL表达上调。
목적연구NGAL재원위이선암라서급정상라서중적표체정황。방법구건원위이선암라서모형，채용ELISA、RT-PCR화Western Blot등방법측정원위이선암라서급정상라서NGAL적혈청수평급재외주혈백세포중적표체정황。결과원위이선암라서적혈청NGAL수평、외주혈백세포NGAL mRNA표체수평급단백표체수평균현저고우정상라서（P<0.05）。결론원위이선암라서중NGAL적표체증가，이선암가촉진라서적NGAL표체상조。
Objective To study the expression of neutrophil gelatinase associated lipocalin (NGAL) in nude mice with ortho-topic pancreatic cancer. Methods Building nude mouse model of orthotopic pancreatic cancer. ELISA, RT-PCR and Western blot were used to detect the serum levels of NGAL in normal nude mice and the ones with orthotopic pancreatic cancer, as well as their expression levels in peripheral white blood cells. Results The serum NGAL levels and the mRNA/protein expression levels of NGAL in peripheral WBC of nude mice with orthotopic pancreatic cancer were significantly higher than those of the normal nude mice (P<0.05). Conclusions The expression of NGAL is increased in nude mice with orthotopic pancreatic cancer. The pancreatic cancer can promote the up-regulation of expression of NGAL.
