目的：探讨山楂承气汤对高脂血症急性坏死性胰腺炎（HANP）的防治作用及对连接黏附分子C（JAM-C）的影响。方法：雄性Sprague-Dawley大鼠90只，随机分为高脂血症组、HANP组、山楂承气汤组，制模后6 h、12 h、24 h时间点处死，检测血清淀粉酶、JAM-C、三酰甘油、游离脂肪酸的含量，免疫组化检测JAM-C在胰腺组织的表达。结果：山楂承气汤组淀粉酶水平低于HANP组（P＜0.05），血清TG、FFA含量在各时间点均显著低于HANP组（P＜0.01），胰腺组织严重度计分HANP组高于山楂承气汤组（P＜0.05），山楂承气汤组大鼠胰腺组织毛细血管通透性则明显低于HANP组（P＜0.05），山楂承气汤组胰腺组织JAM-C表达低于HANP组（P＜0.05）。结论：山楂承气汤可以明显上调连接黏附分子C在高脂血症急性坏死性胰腺炎中的表达，降低组织毛细血管渗漏。
목적：탐토산사승기탕대고지혈증급성배사성이선염（HANP）적방치작용급대련접점부분자C（JAM-C）적영향。방법：웅성Sprague-Dawley대서90지，수궤분위고지혈증조、HANP조、산사승기탕조，제모후6 h、12 h、24 h시간점처사，검측혈청정분매、JAM-C、삼선감유、유리지방산적함량，면역조화검측JAM-C재이선조직적표체。결과：산사승기탕조정분매수평저우HANP조（P＜0.05），혈청TG、FFA함량재각시간점균현저저우HANP조（P＜0.01），이선조직엄중도계분HANP조고우산사승기탕조（P＜0.05），산사승기탕조대서이선조직모세혈관통투성칙명현저우HANP조（P＜0.05），산사승기탕조이선조직JAM-C표체저우HANP조（P＜0.05）。결론：산사승기탕가이명현상조련접점부분자C재고지혈증급성배사성이선염중적표체，강저조직모세혈관삼루。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Shanzhachengqi decoction(山楂承气汤) in hypertriglyceridaemia acute necrotizing pancreatitis from the point of junctional adhesion molecules C (JAM-C). Methods Male Sprague-Dawley rats (n=90) were randomly divided into Hypertriglyceridaemia group, Hypertriglyceridaemia Acute Necrotizing Pancreatitis group (HANP group) and Shanzhachengqi Decoction (山楂承气汤)group; the rats were sacrificed at 6 h, 12 h and 24 h time points. Levels of amylases、triacylglyc?erol、free fatty acid and JAM-C in serum were examined, expression of JAM-C in pancreas tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The amylases in Shanzhachengqi Decoction(山楂承气汤)group were lower than those in HANP group(P<0.05), the TG and FFA levels in serum were significantly lower than those in HANP group at each time point(P<0.01), The pancreas pathological score in HANP group was sig?nificantly higher than that in the Shanzhachengqi De?coction(山楂承气汤)group(P<0.01), the pancreas tissular capillary permeability in Shanzhachengqi De? coction(山楂承气汤)group was significantly decreased than that in HANP group(P<0.05),the expression of JAM-C protein in pancreas tissues in Shanzhachengqi Decoction(山楂承气汤)group was significantly lower than that in HANP group (P<0.05). Conclusion The Shanzhachengqi decoction(山楂承气汤)can upregu?late the JAM-C expression in hypertriglyceridaemia acute necrotizing pancreatitis, reducing the tissue capillary leakage.
