目的：探讨经尿道前列腺电切术对勃起功能的影响。方法：对59例良性前列腺增生患者行经尿道前列腺电切术治疗，手术前后进行勃起功能障碍国际问卷-5评分。结果：手术后6个月勃起功能障碍国际问卷-5评分值经SPSS16.0统计学检验，与术前比较差异无明显统计学意义（t=0.386, P=0.701）。结论：经尿道前列腺电切术不会导致勃起功能下降。
목적：탐토경뇨도전렬선전절술대발기공능적영향。방법：대59례량성전렬선증생환자행경뇨도전렬선전절술치료，수술전후진행발기공능장애국제문권-5평분。결과：수술후6개월발기공능장애국제문권-5평분치경SPSS16.0통계학검험，여술전비교차이무명현통계학의의（t=0.386, P=0.701）。결론：경뇨도전렬선전절술불회도치발기공능하강。
Objective To study the effect of postoperative penile erectile function after transurethral resec?tion of the prostate (TURP). Methods By using the international index of erectile function-5(IIEF-5)ques?tionnaire, penile erectile function and retrograde ejaculation in 59 patients with BPH undergoing TURP we’re surveyed preoperatively and 6 months postoperatively. Results There was no statistical difference in compar?ing the preoperative cores of IIEF-5 with those of postoperative ones by pair-t test of IPSS 16.0 (t=0.386, P=0.701); Conclusion TURP is not a factor that leads to penile erectile dysfunction postoperatively.
