目的：评价他克莫司软膏治疗小鼠变应性接触性皮炎的疗效。方法：使用2，4-二硝基氯苯（DNCB）诱导小鼠背部变应性接触性皮炎，制造模型成功后，将60只小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、卤米松组、糠酸莫米松组、丁酸氢化可的松、他克莫司组，每组10只，分别接受相应药物的治疗。观察各组小鼠皮损炎症程度、组织病理切片炎症细胞数量改变及皮损中IL-4和IFN-γ水平的变化。结果：他克莫司软膏能有效减轻小鼠背部皮损炎症程度，减少组织病理切片炎症细胞数量，调节皮损中IL-4和IFN-γ的水平；其疗效与卤米松相当，优于糠酸莫米松及丁酸氢化可的松。结论：他克莫司软膏对小鼠变应性接触性皮炎具有明显的治疗作用。
목적：평개타극막사연고치료소서변응성접촉성피염적료효。방법：사용2，4-이초기록분（DNCB）유도소서배부변응성접촉성피염，제조모형성공후，장60지소서수궤분위정상대조조、모형조、서미송조、강산막미송조、정산경화가적송、타극막사조，매조10지，분별접수상응약물적치료。관찰각조소서피손염증정도、조직병리절편염증세포수량개변급피손중IL-4화IFN-γ수평적변화。결과：타극막사연고능유효감경소서배부피손염증정도，감소조직병리절편염증세포수량，조절피손중IL-4화IFN-γ적수평；기료효여서미송상당，우우강산막미송급정산경화가적송。결론：타극막사연고대소서변응성접촉성피염구유명현적치료작용。
Objective: To study the efficacy of tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of allergic contact dermatitis in mice. Methods:The DNCB was applied on the dorsum of mice to produce the allergic contact dermatitis models. A total of sixty mice were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, halometasone cream group, momestasone furoate group, hydrocortisone butyrate cream group and tacrolimus ointment group, with 10 mice in each group. The distinctions of inflammation degree of skin lesion, quantity of inflammatory cell in histopathological section, and levels of IL-4 and IFN-γin lesion were detected. Results: Application of the tacrolimus ointment can effectively alleviate the inflammation degree of lesion on dorsum of mice, reduce quantity of inflammatory cell in histopathology, and adjust the levels of IL-4 and IFN-γ. The treatment effect of the tacrolimus ointment was equivalent to that of the halometasone cream, and was superior to that of the momestasone furoate and hydrocortisone butyrate cream. Conclusion:Topical tacrolimus ointment had the obvious treatment effect on allergic contact dermatitis.
