应用蛋白质胶条鉴定技术,对DB101在接种后应对青枯病菌入侵时部分蛋白质组分的变化过程进行了探索。发现分子量在50~60 kD之间的部分蛋白质组分在该品种发病前后发生显著变化,进行生物信息学分析,得到2个与防御机制相关的蛋白。这些蛋白主要存在于组成剪切体的细胞核核糖核蛋白的合成和代谢通路中,和ABC转运子的合成与代谢也有关系。
應用蛋白質膠條鑒定技術,對DB101在接種後應對青枯病菌入侵時部分蛋白質組分的變化過程進行瞭探索。髮現分子量在50~60 kD之間的部分蛋白質組分在該品種髮病前後髮生顯著變化,進行生物信息學分析,得到2箇與防禦機製相關的蛋白。這些蛋白主要存在于組成剪切體的細胞覈覈糖覈蛋白的閤成和代謝通路中,和ABC轉運子的閤成與代謝也有關繫。

DB101 is a tobacco variety developed in the United States with resistance to bacterial wilt, usually used for resistant control in identification of tobacco bacterial wilt disease. Understanding its resistance mechanism to bacterial wilt provide a theoretical basis for choosing breeding material. Proteomics study is a very important way to understand crop resistance mechanism to pathogenic microorganisms. In this experiment, protein strip identification technique was used to explore response to invasion of Ralstonia solanacearum of DB101 by studying process change of some protein components after vaccination. Results showed that protein components weight between 50~60kD got a significant change before and after onset of the variety. After bioinformatics analysis, two proteins were identified being related to defense mechanisms of this plant. These proteins were found primarily in synthesis and metabolism pathways of ABC transporter and cell nuclear ribonucleoprotein constructing spliced variant.
