目的探讨大脑Willis环形态学改变在脑血管疾病中的临床意义，以分析Willis环变异所致的颈内动脉—椎动脉系统代偿性改变，是否会影响脑血管疾病的发病率。方法随机选取2010年以来我院60岁以上脑CTA患者进行分组对比研究，分为脑血管病组及对照组，对Willis环动脉管径进行评分汇总，再将数据进行统计学分析。结果脑血管疾病组120例及对照组100例，Willis动脉环总得分有差异，且具有统计学意义。结论脑血管疾病组与对照组Willis动脉环代偿能力有差别，因此Willis动脉环变异程度及其代偿能力对脑血管疾病发生率有所影响。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of morphological changes of the circle of Willis in cerebrovascular diseases.Methods Cerebral CTA of 220 patients over the age of 60 years performed in our hospital from 2010 was divided into cerebrovascular disease and normal control group.The total diameters of the circles of Willis were scored and statistically compared. Results There was significant difference in the diameters between patients with cerebrovascular disease and normal control. Conclusions There are difference between cerebrovascular disease group and control group,so the incomplete circle of Willis have an impact on the incidence of cerebrovascular disease.
