为研究He-Ne激光对增强UV-B辐射后损伤的修复作用,采用5 mW·mm-2 He-Ne激光辐照、10.08 kJ·m2·d1的UV-B辐射及二者组合对舜麦1718号小麦幼苗进行处理,测定各处理组小麦幼苗硝酸还原酶活性、一氧化氮合成酶含量和膜透性的变化.分析结果显示:He-Ne激光辐照可使UV-B辐射后小麦幼苗硝酸还原酶活力升高1.2倍,显著改善了增强UV-B辐射后硝酸还原酶活性降低的程度;而一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)含量B组和BL组分别高于CK组45.1%和17.8%,现促进作用.

위연구He-Ne격광대증강UV-B복사후손상적수복작용,채용5 mW·mm-2 He-Ne격광복조、10.08 kJ·m2·d1적UV-B복사급이자조합대순맥1718호소맥유묘진행처리,측정각처리조소맥유묘초산환원매활성、일양화담합성매함량화막투성적변화.분석결과현시:He-Ne격광복조가사UV-B복사후소맥유묘초산환원매활력승고1.2배,현저개선료증강UV-B복사후초산환원매활성강저적정도;이일양화담합성매(NOS)함량B조화BL조분별고우CK조45.1%화17.8%,현촉진작용.
To research injury repair of He-Ne laser irradiation after enhanced UV-B radiation, Shun wheat 1718 wheat seedlings were exposed to 10.08 kJ·m-2 UV-B radiation, and then were irradiated by He-Ne laser with 10mW·mm-2 Power density to check different changes of wheat seedling nitrate reductase activity, nitric oxide synthase and membrane permeability. The results show that He-Ne laser irradiation can make the content of NOS increase by 45.1 % and nitrate teductase activity increase by 120%, remarkably improving the lower degree of nitrate reductase (NR) activity. It suggests that He-Ne radiation could partly repair the UV-B radiated damage to the nitrogen mestabolism of wheat seedling.
