充分考虑初始晶粒度的影响，通过 Gleeble-3500热模拟压缩试验，研究了大锻件材料35CrMo 钢的高温成形特性。利用金相试验，建立了包含变形温度、应变、应变速率和初始晶粒度四因素的35CrMo 钢动态再结晶百分数和晶粒尺寸模型，该模型的建立为后续混晶形成规律研究提供必要理论基础。

Hot deformation characteristics of heavy forging steel 35CrMo are studied through Gleeble-3500 thermal-mechanical simulation tests under the condition of different initial austentite grain size. Dynamic recrystallization fraction models and grain size models of steel 35CrMo are established using Gleeble-3500 simulator by determining the deformation temperature, strain, strain rate and initial austentite grain size. These results provide theoretical basis for the subsequent study of mixed grain.
