广西北部湾经济区发展规划的实施与推进，给广西的经济发展带来了前所未有的机遇，人才需求不断加大，高层次的人才更是非常缺乏，人才的培养成为广西各高校一项重要的战略任务。同时广西的广告教育经过十余年的发展，无论是办学规模还是办学质量都有了质的飞跃，但广西本土广告教育起步较晚，在发展的进程中还存在着诸多的问题。通过对北部湾经济区广告人才需求以及广告教育培养模式的调查分析，为广告人才教育与培养提出了改进性的意见，对北部湾广告教育与广告职业衔接提供了相应的依据。

By the implementation and promotion of Beibu Gulf, Guangxi encounters unprecedented opportunities, with increasing demands for talents. There’s a great lack of high-level talents. Talents cultivation has become an important strategic task for colleges and universities in Guangxi. At the same time, after more than ten years of development, advertising education has achieved great improvement both in the size of school and education quality. Problems still exist, as a result of starting late, in Guangxi advertising education. Based on the analysis of talents demand in Beibu Gulf economic zone and education patterns, this paper is going to put forward suggestions on the improvement of advertising education, offering corresponding basis for the convergence between education and employment.
